Do you ship to my country?
  All products are downloadable and there is no shipping involved. To retrieve the download link, go to "My Account/Order Status" at the upper right hand corner of any page and click on that. From there go to "Review orders/track packages". A history of your order(s) will display. Click on the order and the download link will display.
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I retrieve the download link?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
What are my payment choices?
  We use PayPal for all payments.  PayPal has a variety of payment choices and no account is needed in order to process a payment through them.  Please note that we will not fulfill your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  All products are downloadable and there is no shipping. Please ignore any reference to shipping.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
What is the return policy?
  Due to the downloadable nature of the products and the process to fulfill purchases there is no way to return items or purchases.  No returns are allowed.  No refunds or substitutions are offered for customer error in the ordering process.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact orders@smoothjazzsaxsheets.com within 24 hours of payment with details of your purchase. We will look into this and if our records reflect you did receive the wrong product, we will provide you with the correct product within 48 hours. If the wrong product is a result of customer error in the ordering process, such as ordering the wrong key, the wrong song, the wrong artist or the wrong quantity, no refunds or substitutions will be extended. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the correct product was ordered prior to placing the order.
I've placed my order. How will the product make it's way to me?
  All products are downloadable and you will be provided with a download link when we have received confirmation of payment. To retrieve the link, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. From there, click on "Review orders/track packages" and an order history will display. Click on the correct order, a box will pop up and the download link will be shown for each product ordered.
